Tomi Merenheimo is a former managing director of a top 10 Finnish law firm, and a Vice President of Legal Affairs and Investor Relations at a major Finnish listed technology company holding also a telecommunication operator license. Tomi focuses on contract law, mergers and acquisitions, employment issues and IT law. He has solid experience in leading transaction processes and integration of the acquired businesses, including experience of well over 100 M&A cases. Tomi’s special legal area is the management of cross-border transactions, typically including several jurisdictions.
