Forrester最新市场研究结果表明绝大部分的中国组织对全球数字化商业巨头不断涌入的浪潮盲目乐观。因此,Forrester Research, Inc. (Nasdaq:FORR) 认为,无法与客户互联互动、为客户创造价值的企业将被客户时代的浪潮所淘汰,并宣布于2015年3月25日在中国上海举行中国营销领袖峰会,针对这一重要议题展开深入探讨。本次凭请柬入内的峰会将邀请到来自星展银行(DBS Bank)、赞那度(Zanadu)和Forrester的主题演讲嘉宾,他们将围绕“连接,互动,实现”“(Connect |Engage |Deliver)的主题探讨数字商务、移动和客户体验策略。
在峰会上,Forrester将正式发布新书《移动思想变革》(Mobile Mind Shift)中文版,其中包括对全球公司的200多场采访,采访围绕各公司需要如何思考移动策略和参与的关键转变而展开。合著者Julie Ask将在峰会上展示此书的主要研究成果并主持新书签售会。拥有一百二十亿移动用户的中国是世界上最大的手机市场。
