ICICCE 2023将于2023年11月24日至26日在中国长沙举行。ICICCE2023是一个不容错过的机会，可以在会议上从快速发展的学科中提取最新知识。ICICCE 2023将聚焦计算机与通信领域的热门研究课题和难点，探索前沿计算机与通信技术，分享典型研究案例，鼓励该领域的科学创新。本次会议将邀请相关领域的知名专家学者发表主题演讲，汇报研究进展和面临的挑战，并与与会者交流意见。

大会邀请了国内外科研领域的学科带头人或和行业领军人物出席并做主题报告！

所有投递ICICCE 2023会议的稿件都必须经过2-3位组委会专家的严格审稿，最终所录用的论文将由出版社正式出版，见刊后由出版社提交会议论文集至IEEE Xplore, Scopus、EI Compendex进行检索。

◆论文不得少于6页。

◆会议仅接受全英稿件。

◆作者可通过CrossCheck, Turnitin或其他查询体统自费查重，否则由文章重复率引起的被拒搞将由作者自行承担责任，涉嫌抄袭的论文将不被出版。

1、作者参会：一篇录用文章允许一名作者免费参会；

2、主讲嘉宾：申请主题演讲，由组委会审核；

3、口头演讲：申请口头报告，时间为15分钟；

4、海报展示：申请海报展示，A1尺寸，彩色打印；

5、听众参会：不投稿仅参会，也可申请演讲及展示

All submissions to the ICICE 2023 conference must undergo rigorous review by 2-3 organizing committee experts. The final accepted paper will be officially published by the publishing house, and after publication, the publishing house will submit the conference paper collection to IEEE Xplore, Scopus and EI Compendex for retrieval.

The paper should not be less than 6 pages.

The meeting only accepts all English manuscripts.

Authors can check for plagiarism at their own expense through CrossCheck, Turnitin, or other search methods. Otherwise, if the article is rejected due to the repetition rate, the author will be responsible for it. The paper suspected of plagiarism will not be published.

【Registration fee】

【 Participation Method 】 (Note: The meeting includes an Oral Presentation and a Poster session)

1. Author participation: One hired article allows one author to participate for free;

2. Speaker: Apply for a keynote speech, which will be reviewed by the organizing committee;

3. Oral presentation: Apply for an oral presentation, with a duration of 15 minutes;

4. Poster display: Apply for poster display, A1 size, color printing;

5. Audience participation: Attending the meeting without submitting articles, and can also apply for speeches and presentations
