本届论坛首次以五会合一的形式开展，包括中国康复论坛、中国康复医学会康复机构管理专委会年会、中国康复医院院长论坛、中国职工疗养协会康复医学专业委员会年会、北京医院协会康复机构专委会年会。届时将邀请全国各级卫生主管部门、医疗机构、科研院所和国内外康复医学领域的领导、专家共同出席，论坛将围绕康复医学领域进行多维度的深入交流与探讨，共同促进中国康复医学事业的学术发展。

中国康复医学会
中国康复医学会于1983年经卫生部批准成立并在民政部依法登记的全国性学术组织，1987年中国康复医学会加入中国科协，2001年加入国际物理医学与康复医学学会。
中国康复医疗机构联盟中国康复医疗机构联盟是吴阶平医学基金会与北京康复医院共同倡议发起。联盟旨在让全国各级各类康复医疗机构在医院建设、人才培养等方面进行交流。会上，联盟还与北京市家庭建设促进会签订战略合作伙伴协议，约定联盟为北京市600万家庭提供康复医学服务，包括救助、远程照护等方面。
首都医科大学附属北京康复医院首都医科大学附属北京康复医院是一所以康复医学为特色的三级康复医院，隶属于北京市总工会，由北京市残联和首都医科大学参与共同建设，医院同时承担首都医科大学北京康复医学院的工作。医院的前身是北京市工人疗养院，建于1955年。60年来，医院先后为成千上万名劳动模范、先进工作者和干部职工提供了疗休养服务和医疗健康服务。
