2014冷泉港亚洲学术会议：鱼类的遗传学、基因组学及表型组学

由冷泉港亚洲主办的“2014冷泉港亚洲学术会议：鱼类的遗传学、基因组学及表型组学”将于2014年10月20日-24日在苏州独墅湖会议酒店举行。

会议介绍：

We are pleased to announce Cold Spring Harbor Asia conference on Genetics, Genomics and Phenomics of Fish which will be held in Suzhou, China, located approximately 60 miles west of Shanghai. The conference will begin at 7:00pm on the evening of Monday October 20, and will conclude after lunch on Friday October 24, 2014.

The conference will include eight oral sessions and one poster session covering the latest findings across many topics in fish (zebrafish) genetics, genomics and phenomics. Many talks will be selected from the openly submitted abstracts on the basis of scientific merit and relevance. Social events throughout the conference provide ample opportunity for informal interactions.

In the last couple of years, tremendous advances have been made in genetics and genomics in zebrafish and other fishes. The genomes have been well characterized, and a lot of new techniques for genome engineering and editing have been developed. In this meeting, we will discuss the new and emerging technologies, and how we can advance our understanding of complex vertebrate phenotypes with these resources and technologies.
