麦肯锡研究院指出,传统行业通过数字化创新,会带来10%-45%行业增长。在一些产业里面,这个增量还会变得更大。一个拥有上百年传统的行业在拥抱了互联网之后,甚至会面临井喷爆发。
According to McKinsey Global Institute, traditional B2B industry will have 10% - 45% growth through digital innovation, and the increase percent is even higher in some industries. A traditional industry with hundred years history will have rapid growth when embracing the Internet.  
Realizing the importance of E-commerce model, Digital Marketing, and Big Data Application under the current macro-environment, a growing number of traditional B2B companies have started to devote themselves into digital transformation in recent years. However, it's difficult for these companies to transform realization into practice. During the process of digital transformation, these companies are nowhere near, and unable to get to the point.

在本期课程中,讲师将结合不同行业背景的B2B企业数字化转型中摸爬滚打的十多年经验,通过理论与workshop案例并述的方式,为探求数字化创新之路的B2B营销人们指点迷津。
Thus, in this course, we would answer several key questions concerning company's external digitalization: What's the true meaning of business and marketing/sales operation digitization; how much benefit could it bring; and which method or approach should companies take to allocate resources and accomplish their goals? Based on his own experience in the field, the instructor will combine theory with living examples for illustration, and answer marketers' wonders and confusions.
