2016中国国际量子点行业峰会将于1月21日在中国上海举办。高质量低价格量子点大规模的出现极大的推动了其在全球市场中各领域尤其是消费电子产业中的应用。量子点凭借发光色彩真实亮丽与节能的优势,在照明和显示中的应用占了极大比重。近两年,中国电视生产商TCL、长虹、康佳等纷纷推出量子点电视,极大地推动了其在中国市场的发展。但是日前工信部已着手量子点环境限令的征求意见。一旦确认实施,对于相关企业将是一场灾难。在此背景下,Demand-Led将举办2016中国国际量子点行业峰会。本次会议我们将邀请国内外量子点产业链领先公司一起讨论量子点技术研究最新进展和应用创新,从而实现更低成本,更高质量,更少污染和更大规模的应用。

赵飞,副总经理&研发总监, 纳晶科技股份有限公司
赵飞,纳晶科技股份有限公司副总经理、研发总监、显示事业部总经理,高级工程师职称。2007年毕业于北京大学无机化学专业,获理学博士。2007年到2010年,以访问学者身份在阿肯色大学进行相关研究。2009年加入美国NN-labs公司,2010年随同彭笑刚教授回国,协助创立纳晶科技股份有限公司。2012年被评为杭州市“521”人才。赵飞博士在纳米材料合成,量子点合成,量子点高分子共混技术以及量子点光电器件方面有深入研究。
Mr Andrew Gooda, Supply Chain & Compliance Director, Nanoco Technologies Limited, United Kingdom
Andrew is a British citizen and has worked in the UK chemicals and nanotechnology industries for 30 years.
He graduated from Imperial College London with a degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1985, became a Chartered Engineer in 1990 and subsequently gained an MBA from Durham University Business School in 2002.
Andrew joined ICI in 1985 and worked in a number of engineering, production and commercial roles before becoming Site Director for one of ICI’s speciality chemicals manufacturing sites, which was transferred to Croda in 2006. In 2010 he joined Nanoco as Manufacturing Director, where he led the commercial scale up of cadmium free quantum dot technology. He is now Supply Chain & Compliance Director with responsibility for supply, quality, safety and regulatory affairs.
Andrew is married with 2 children and lives in Chester, near to the Nanoco HQ in Manchester and Nanoco’s production laboratory facilities in Runcorn.
Torsten Schanze, General Manager - Nanoco Lighting
Torsten Schanze joined Nanoco Technologies as Operations Manager in 2007 to build up the companies supply chain and business support functions. Torsten Schanze graduated from Brandenburg Technical University Cottbus-Senftenberg. After graduation in 1996 he moved to the UK and started working in technology transfer for the University of Manchester. During that time he also studied for a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing Management. During that time Torsten Schanze first became involved with Nanoco Technologies, a spin out from the University of Manchester. He decided to join the company full time in 2007. In 2012, Torsten started his MBA which he completed in 2015, in time for his new role as General Manager of Nanoco Technologies’ newly founded lighting division.
Dr.Nigel Pickett, Chief Technology Officer, Nanoco Technologies
Nigel Pickett co-founded Nanoco Technologies and is the inventor of Nanoco’s key quantum dot scale-up technology. Nigel graduated from Newcastle University in 1991 and remained at Newcastle to pursue a Ph.D. in the field of main group organometallics. After graduation in 1994 he undertook a postdoctoral fellowship at St. Andrews University, Scotland, in the field of precursor design for MOVPE growth and synthesis of nanoparticles using CVD techniques. In 1996 he won a Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS) fellowship and spent the following year working at Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology, Japan. In 1998 he became a research fellow at Georgia Institute of Technology, USA, working on the design and evaluation of precursor used in MOVPE. Nigel worked as a senior research fellow at the University of Manchester and Manchester Materials Science Centre, before co-founding Nanoco Technologies in 2001.

John Ritter, Executive Vice President, Research and Development, QD Vision
John Ritter is the Executive Vice President, Research and Development for QD Vision. He has more than 30 years of experience in developing and commercializing new technologies, and is responsible for all aspects of research and development at QD Vision, from conception through commercialization.
Prior to joining QD Vision, Ritter was Vice President of Development at E Ink, where his responsibilities encompassed materials, process, and product development and engineering. In this capacity, he successfully developed E Ink's front plane laminate product (FPL), and transferred the necessary materials, processes and systems to E-Ink's manufacturing operations and partners. He also worked closely with E Ink's direct customers (display makers) and end customers (set makers) to ensure that the FPL product functioned in the intended application.
Ritter has an additional 17 years of experience with Corning Incorporated, where he held a variety of technical and leadership positions in development, engineering and manufacturing functions in the optical fiber, photonic components, flat panel display glass, and semiconductor materials businesses. He has significant international business experience, including a three year work assignment in France.
Ritter holds BS and MS degrees in Chemical Engineering from MIT.

Dr. Junyou Pan got Ph.D in Physics at the University of Bayreuth Germany. He worked for EPCOS AG (Siemens AG) as product manager in Surface Acoustic Wave Component Division for 3 years. Then he joined Merck KGaA as the head of laboratory, responsible for development of new OLED materials for more than 10 years. Now he is the duty chief engineer in TCL Corporate Research, responsible for development of printable OLED materials and printing process. So far he has published more than 10 papers in peer-reviewed journals, and applied more than 70 patents.

Dr. Qun (Frank) Yan is a well known display expert, especially in the field of plasma display panel (PDP). In his 17 years display career he developed many materials, production processes, device structures, driving waveforms and measurement methods for display products. Due to his outstanding contributions in display technology, he won SID (Society for Information Display) Special Recognition Award in 2013. Dr. Yan has been very active in the SID, he had held the Mid Atlantic Chapter offices of Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary and Treasurer from 2005 to 2009. He currently serves committee Chair of Display Technology Training School at SID. He has also served on the SID Symposium Program Committee since 2009 and has become the chair of emissive display subcommittee since May 2014. Dr. Yan represents China as IEC TC110 expert on international standard for display devices.
Dr. ZhongSheng Luo, Applications Engineering Director, Nanosys Incorporation
Dr. ZhongSheng Luo is the Applications Engineering Director of Nanosys Incorporation. He obtained his Bachelor and Master degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Tsinghua University, China and his Ph.D in Materials Science and Engineering from University of California Berkeley, prior to starting his career in 2005 as an Applications Engineer. Dr. Luo began his career in Nanosys Inc. as a Sr. Technical Marketing Engineer in 2009 and became the Technical Marketing Manager in 2011. In 2012, he left Nanosys to lead the advanced product development activities for optical inspection equipment in KLA-Tencor Incorporation as a Principal Application Engineer. He rejoined Nanosys in 2015 as Director of Applications Engineering. Dr. Luo is also the General Manager for Greater China
