There is always a story behind every Toastmaster about why he or she first joined a toastmasters club.
Being a toastmaster can serve as a means to achieve one‘s goals or dreams and for many people.
Toastmasters has actually helped them achieve their dreams, furthermore become a part of their lives to chase more wonderful dreams.Dreams are often awaken by some role models, which can of course exist in your own club.
But where they exist in a mass is in a Toastmasters Conference, with all the excellent and experienced speakers, the contest champions etc. Therefore, Toastmasters Conference is also an excellent place where one’s dream begins, where dreams get ignited! --- Katie Zhang (Conference Chair)

会员们通过做即定演讲，即兴演讲，担任不同的会员角色，甚至是组织各种TMC的活动来让自己成为更好的沟通者和领导者。

而在大区峰会上，更可以领略到大区最顶尖选手的出色表现，这有助于我们公共演讲能力的快速提高。

除此之外，大区还会邀请经验丰富的会员来做工作坊。每一次峰会，参与者总是会流连忘返，依依不舍。
